clean and convenient stay
friendly staff refurbished carpark
The room was clean. The bathroom was super clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy. i found the value for money excellent. it was nice there were newly refurbished parking facilities.
i noticed a need for more tea and coffee supplies in the room. this minor detail could enhance the overall experience.

surprisingly secure and comfortable stay
extra safety free parking basic room convenient store
i found the recently installed security gates added an extra layer of safety. the free parking was very convenient, especially arriving late. the room was clean, basic, and had everything i needed, bed, shower, tv, and tea making facilities. i also noticed asda store is a short walk from the hotel.
the room took a while to heat up initially, as it was quite cold when i arrived.

the staff were quick, friendly, and helpful, even when i arrived very late at night. rita from housekeeping went out of her way for me (room 121). i really appreciated her assistance.

i had both an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel (i especially liked the pancakes!). the meals were good, and there was a decent variety available. the bar drink prices were acceptable too.

the hotel is easily accessible from the a444 (follow signs to jlr). there is a bus stop a short walk away (22 bus), with frequent service into the city. the hotel has free parking.

surprisingly lovely stay!
clean room spacious bathroom readily available extras
I stayed for several nights while visiting relatives, and it was surprisingly lovely! the room was clean and always nice and warm, which i really appreciated. the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. A real plus. kettle, tea, coffee, and milk were provided, and extras were readily available from the office anytime!!!
the walls seem rather thin, and i could occasionally hear other guests.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeper Teresa really stood out with her dedication. She consistently delivered a 5-star service. She were really good too meet our needs.
I have no complaints about my stay. Everything was excellent.
